Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time. This page works without signing in — use the in-app steps below or contact us by email.

Developer: RIVIENNE

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Open Menu.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap «Delete account».
  4. When you see «Delete account?», tap «Delete anyway» to confirm.

Option 2 — By email

Send a message from the email linked to your account to support@amaidaily.com and ask us to delete your AMAI DAILY account. We will respond within 7 days.

What we delete

Your profile; nutrition diary; water log; menstrual cycle data; sleep log; workouts; photos you added; and Chef AMAI chat history linked to your account.

Retention

Data is removed from the active database immediately. Backup copies are purged within 30 days.
