Queen Protocol
Architecture of the female hormonal system. 14 days to sync your cycle, estrogen balance, skin firmness, and natural energy.
How female chemistry works
The female body follows a 28-day hormonal cycle, and estrogen is the main architect of the first half of that cycle.
Estrogen is responsible for:
- Skin hydration and density — synthesis of your own collagen and hyaluronic acid
- A feminine silhouette — fat distribution around the waist and hips
- High dopamine and serotonin — motivation, mental clarity, mood, libido
Queen Protocol teaches you to nourish the ovaries and liver in line with the body's biochemical needs in the first half of the cycle — so estrogen is synthesized smoothly and its spent metabolites are cleared on time.
Key nutrient investors
Lignans (freshly ground flaxseed) — natural phytoestrogens that gently bind spent estrogen and help remove it, reducing bloating.
Cholesterol and choline (runny egg yolk, cod liver) — raw material for steroidogenesis, from which the ovaries build estrogen and progesterone.
Myo-inositol (chickpeas, grapefruit) — increases ovarian cell sensitivity to signals from the brain.
Iodine and selenium (wakame, seafood) — activate the thyroid and set metabolic pace.
Omega-3 and polyphenols (wild salmon, berries, olive oil) — reduce micro-inflammation and protect the maturing egg cell.
Window
Phase I · Days 2–5 · Drainage
What happens: hormones are at their lowest, the body sheds old endometrium, lymph and liver clear metabolites from the previous cycle.
Goal: reduce cellular bloating, support the liver, prepare estrogen receptors.
Foods: fresh greens (spinach, asparagus, arugula), potassium-rich foods, cold-pressed olive oil, freshly ground flax — 15 g/day.
Science
potassium removes excess sodium and stagnant water; flax and fiber act as a natural sorbent and prevent reabsorption of spent hormones.
Sample day:
- Morning: green smoothie with spinach, cucumber, and 1 tbsp flax
- Day: arugula salad with avocado and olive oil
- Evening: roasted vegetables with quinoa
Phase II · Days 6–10 · Charge
What happens: follicles grow and actively synthesize fresh estrogen, morning energy returns, metabolism speeds up.
Goal: give the ovaries building material for steroid hormones, activate the thyroid.
Foods: chickpeas, poached eggs with runny yolk, cod liver, wakame, freshly ground flax — 30 g/day.
Science
yolk and cod liver provide clean cholesterol and phospholipids — the foundation of the estrogen molecule; iodine from wakame supports the thyroid; the increased flax dose ensures smooth estrogen growth.
Sample day:
- Morning: 2 poached eggs, half an avocado, spinach, olive oil, 2 tbsp flax
- Day: chickpea hummus, salad with wakame and cucumber, green tea up to 100 ml
- Evening: cod liver or white fish with broccoli and zucchini, 1 tbsp flax
Phase III · Days 11–14 · Peak
What happens: estrogen peaks, ovulation occurs, skin is at its densest and most hydrated, dopamine rises.
Goal: protect the maturing egg from oxidative stress, support vascular tone, anchor the emotional lift.
Foods: baked wild salmon or sardines, avocado, forest berries, dark chocolate 75%+ cocoa.
Science
omega-3 improves microcirculation in the pelvic organs, berry anthocyanins protect cell DNA, cocoa magnesium and tryptophan support serotonin synthesis.
Sample day:
- Morning: berry bowl with nuts and seeds
- Day: salad with avocado and baked salmon
- Evening: grilled sardines with green vegetables, a piece of dark chocolate
Key principles
- Complete avoidance of sugar and alcohol — sugar blocks estrogen receptors, alcohol overloads the liver
- Caffeine — up to 100 ml per day — excess stimulates cortisol and triggers survival mode
- Focus on inositol, lignans, choline, iodine and omega-3
Additional routines
- Lymphatic hydration — 30 ml water per 1 kg body weight, main volume before 7:00 p.m.
- Circadian sleep — in bed before 11:00 p.m., minimal blue light in the evening
- Mental calm — use the Rewrite practice in the app when anxious, to lower cortisol
