1. What AMAI is AMAI is a digital tool for self-guided discipline around nutrition, sleep, activity and body awareness. The app remains outside the category of medical devices and supports self-observation rather than diagnosis or treatment. 2. Age of use AMAI is intended for users aged 16 and older. Younger guests are encouraged to use the app together with a parent or guardian. 3. Your responsibility You enter your own data and make your own decisions. Metrics and suggestions are informational and work as a complement to advice from a physician, nutritionist or other qualified professional. 4. Chef AMAI and artificial intelligence Chef AMAI is an AI-powered wellness concierge. All recommendations — including nutrition, lifestyle and biomarker context — are for informational purposes only. Chef AMAI does not diagnose diseases, prescribe treatment or replace consultation with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional. 5. Account and subscription Some features open through an account. Terms for PRO subscription and the Prime Protocol: - Price and period are shown on the payment screen before purchase. - A short complimentary PRO period may be granted on registration; paid access begins after checkout payment. - Web payments are processed by Stripe at amaidaily.com. - Access continues through the paid period shown at purchase. 6. Auto-renewal (web subscriptions via Stripe) PRO monthly and annual subscriptions purchased on the website renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal or by contacting support@amaidaily.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain access until then. 7. App Store and Google Play purchases Subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google respectively, not by Stripe. Auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds for these purchases follow the policies of the respective store. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. 8. Refund policy - Web (Stripe): refund requests within 14 days of purchase may be considered at our discretion — contact support@amaidaily.com with your order details. - App Store / Google Play: refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google according to their store policies. 9. Proper use AMAI is built for personal, careful use. Please keep access personal, act within the law and respect the integrity of the service. 10. Availability We aim for stable service.
